Anyone have some big nixie tubes or a finished nixie clock that they are tired of? I have seen some of the new ones for sale on the net and i would much rather have a frankenstein! Electromechanical even! Not interested in the vfd tubes. If the price is right or i have some goodies for a project that you need we're in business!!

Try the neonixie google group, there's a lot of guys who are/have built clocks and such on there. I got most of my tubes on ebay back before prices went up, although you can still find deals on some of the more common Russian tubes.
The biggest and the smallest tend to fetch premium prices, but some of the more common midsized tubes are pretty reasonably priced. If you build a clock yourself I guarantee you will be far more satisfied than if you just buy someone elses project.

Thanks for the tip!! I actually have three clocks i built myself but was looking for basically, tubes! Finished clocks would only be for tube farming ;) I did find some chinese tubes for 10usd each. A tad on the small side for my plan but cool none the less! I bought 12!!
