Small X-Ray transformer should do the trick. What do you need it for?
Yes, that would work. Many of the larger "panoramic" type of dental X-ray transformers can output 90 to 100KV at 10mA, but keep in mind that dental X-ray exposures are relatively short (a few seconds at most). So, if you need to operate a 100KV/10mA power source for a long time period (many minutes, for example) then you will have to design some way of effectively cooling the transformer. Immersing it in oil is essential for insulation, but an oil bath by itself may not be sufficient for cooling. You may need to circulate the oil through a pump and cooling coils of some sort. That's how the tubes in CT scanners and other large X-ray machines are cooled.

Cascades of high voltage after the flooding of oil good to the efficiency of around 96%! 100 KV and 10mA is not that difficult to get as one might think. You need 10 steps multiplier high speed diode 200mA and calculate the capacitors for your f work high voltage transformer. I want to recommend you inverters with high frequency ~30KHz because volume of capacitors come a little about 0.5nF
This is high efficiency 9steps multipler for 40-80KHz, single diode 200mA/15KV, single cap 1nF/15KV. I can safely get the 50mA :) Of course, it is essential to every item pour oil, and remember the current limiting resistors!
