Found these in the scrap of a school lab

cool!! maybe someone replaced all their fets on a massive 3 phase motor bank and many of them are fine...
(this is common practice in the industry)
are any of them soldered?

also, a lot of the time schools throw away old stuff because they need the space, this could be the case here.

This lab is mainly researching SMPS,PFC,power supply and things like that.

These are used.
They said that they reuse capacitors,heatsinks,and passive components,but they don't reuse MOSFET because some MOSFET may be damaged.

I often salvaged parts and it's been worth it. I have made several projects without spending a great deal of money by doing so. It's very easy to look up what you have.
