I was running my ZVS fly back driver when the positive power lead touched the output to the fly back (the drain connection) i have done it before but only for a second though. This time is was about 3 or 4, know when I give it power the fets get warm and there is a little purple 1mm long spark. Did I ruin the mosfets or the diodes

Test them. Power semiconductors almost always fail shorted, any multimeter will suffice to check them out, but the diode check function on most digital meters is nicer.

Yeah...It sounds like you probably just killed the mosfets. Just test it out again and see if it works still.
