 		Heh, I used to use that site all the time until it became an profit generating site.. frown

I had published a few embarrassing projects *coughs* The Plasma Speaker *coughs* but at that time, I didn't know much what I was doing.

 		I haven't, I think the problem was the mosfet is not being properly switched on and too much energy is being wasted.

I tried out Jan's plasma speaker design of using KA3525, it worked out very well on a 12v power source. Then I wanted to power it from the mains for more power except I have encountered more problems with flyback transformer saturation, GDT, etc.

I have put my plasma speaker project on the shelf for now as i wanted to get on with other projects.
