Probably not for $100.00, unless you get one from a salvage yard. The common 14.4kV:120V, 1.5kVA potential transformers which most people use typically go for about $300-400. You're best bet would probably get a small pole transformer. They have mini 3kVA units, or standard 5kVA and 10kVA units as well. Ebay sometimes have these around the $200-300 range, not including delivery.
But to answer your question, no, you probalby won't be able to get one for $100 unless you got one outside of the Tesla community, such as a salvage yard.
They are getting rare these days, so you will pay a premium.

yeah i'm building a pig, but i have yet to do the winding i'm weighting tell it warms up,
I want voltage, how much could i get an 80kv x-ray transformer for?
and my salvage yard won't sell me a pt as of liability reasons

You don't want high voltage for a Tesla coil if thats your intended use. 14.4kV is a very good voltage. Above, that such as 28.8kV potential transformers which are fairly common as well introduce an entire new set of challenges when building a tesla coil such as high voltage stand-off, corona suppression, etc...
So if you're looking to use this for Tesla coil use, try to stay around 14.4kV-15kV.
