Depends on the critical current density and how easy it is to integrate in a semiconductor process...

With high enough current density and an integration path it will allow for faster and cooler digital chips, plus it will be great for RF chips where conductor loss can be very significant.

yeah, as Tc and Jc are interdependent, so as Tc goes up Jc goes down.
this is why BSCCO based wire is normally operated well below the Tc when used in superconducting magnets.

In all likelihood the useable range of a "room temp" superconductor might begin at 220K which is still within the range of most closed circuit refigerators.
The main advantage would be that there would be more headroom in the event the cooler failed.
(useful if you need to transfer the circulating current into another coil before the onset of quenching)

Interestingly, it could turn out that RTS materials are not quite as useable as previously thought, even if a breakthrough is made in fabricating the lattice so a useable fraction is obtained the Jc may simply be too low for building large magnets.
this was a common problem with YBCO as well and they eventually solved it by tweaking the formulation to induce flux pinning.
