I can't find car ignition coil(Modern car use a different ignition system?).But scooter or motorcycle ignition coils are easily available here in Taiwan(Taiwan has probably the highest scooter/motorcycle density in the world.Taiwan has 23million people and 10million scooter in a relatively small island)

Can I use car ignition coil driver circuit to drive scooter ignition coil?Is the frequency different?Which one is more powerful?Which circuit on the web is better?

For your experiments, a motorcycle ignition coil will work just as well as a car ignition coil and will work almost exactly the same with all the drivers. As for the circuits to drive the ignition coil, I can only recommend that you try a few for yourself, few circuits are "better" then others.
