Hi there guys!
I tested my ZVS driver today and there was no output whatsoever. I checked the primary windings to see it the turns were going in the same direction, and the inductor and MOSFETs got warm, but still no output. I know there's something wrong, but can someone please help? I would love to get some advice and help from experienced people.

Thanks,
Jozef

Use 'Paint' to reduce the size before you upload them.

'Image'....'Re-size'...(assuming you're using microsoft windows.)

It looks like your ultrafast diodes aren't where they should be. They should be "crossing to the other side" but they don't seem to be.

No it won't, unless you hold the radio 4 inches away from it.

I agree, the flyback could be bad. Has happened to me a handful of times. Also, simple mistakes always seem to be the ones overlooked the most often. Double check the direction of your diodes :)

Thanks for the help. I think the flyback is fine and I will check the ultrafast diodes for any errors... Yeah, i noticed that the diodes go to a specific coil side so I'll try that. I hope that the MOSFET's didn't end being blown because they warm themselves and the heat sink up in seconds. Hopefully, when I fix this, because I will, I will be proud. Once I get it working, I'll upgrade to a 36v PSU with the 3 extra windings with 100 ohm resistors. But for now, I need to fix it lol.
