Does the service manual tell you what the delay in the coiled up part is? If you can find that out perhaps you can guess the velocity factor of that conductor. Then see if matches any standard co-ax cables that are available?

The delay line may well be a custom cable type - these were common in higher-end analog scopes, to compensate for the delay through the trigger circuitry. Most analogue scopes have single electron guns, using chop/alt modes to get 2 channels, so only one delay line is needed.

this is the same as the 5401 scope
I have the very same scope here with a spare 5A48 dual trace module (a bit more sophisticated than your module)
if you need it maybe we can do a trade or something alike, the scope is currently dismantled because I needed some parts and it wasn't functioning anymore, but that module as well as some circuits are still viable so if you need spares please tell me
