New small DRSSTC

This is my new small DRSSTC!

Secondary length: 40cm
Secondary Fres: 168khz
Primary Fres: 165khz
Primary MMC: 100n ("3 x 3" 100n x 1600v epcos capacitors)

Bridge: Half Bridge of IRG4PC50UDs "over driveds" with ~28v at the gates
