Anyone know a supplier where you can get a hold of a sample of Strontium-90? Or about how much it would cost for around 100mG of it?
Ive searched for a while and come up with nothing.

SpecTech sells 0.1uC thats way less than 100mg. without a radioactive licence, I dont think thell give you that much in Canada or the USA.

I think youll have to rob a russian nuclear facility, maybe shoot some guards, shouldnt be too difficult.

No, not at all, Ill use my laser on them.

100mG is more of a bulk kinda deal.. 0.1uC I guess will have to suffice.

The perky 0MeV94 betas emitted by 90Sr decay product 90Y are the ones to watch out for, the fiendish little beasts!

I wouldn't keep 14Ci of 90Sr anywhere around my house! There's no keeping company with it! smile

About 5 microcuries of polonium killed Mr Litvinenko.
It depends what you do with it.
