Got a gu-5b and i'm gonna build a vttc, and i needs some good quality caps, I need a 1nf and a 1.5 nf (schematic calls for 20kv)

No offense, but if you have the knowledge to make a vttc, you should know how to look for caps.
If you where to use this to it's full potential, you would need caps capable of many RF amps, and that is going to cost much more than your tube. The grid leak cap does not need to be too high quality, it will see less than an amp.
What schematic are you speaking of? You can go with the typical Hartley oscillator, but the values will vary hugely. There is a good deal of calculating values like all Tesla coils except for sstc's.

OK let me rephrase that, i know were to get good capacitors, i want good CHEAP capacitors
but i found abunch on ebay... a lot of 32 4k .01uf... FOR $9 and there fairly big sized!

That makes two of us! I got 11" sparks with that one cap and the 811A. (don't mind the other, it was gridleak, could have just as easily been a 1kv ceramic disk cap) Didn't realize they where so cheap... All 8 of those might just be what you're looking for, i have used some for an 833C once.
