Yes. In a switchmode power supply the MOSFETs operate in their ohmic region, they look like low value resistors when on. That's why the datasheet quotes Rds(on). So paralleling them will result in more efficient operation, as Ohm's law would predict.
I've used 4 55 amp MOSFETs in parallel, for a switching circuit that had to deliver 60A with high efficiency. No heatsink was required
