This is old news around here, but you people might not know it. Last year the teachers in buffalo got $9 million taxpayer's dollars to pay for their boob jobs ....when the school system has a graduation rate of 25%.
They had a benefit for cosmetic surgery in their contact, and they knew that that would be taken away next time the contact was revised. So they all rushed to the surgeons, "raising the value of the benefit". No they want to trade it for another benefit "worth $9M"
