Hey all,
I am working on my high school science fair project (high voltage DC to DC conversion for residential power transfer) and need to measure the output waveform of my 2kv fullbridge and make sure all the IGBT's are being nice and sharing voltage properly without any nasty spikes.

Does anyone have a 1000X scope probe rated for at least a few KV at 25khz that they would be willing to sell me? If it makes you fell better I will also be putting it to good use after my science fair project with my vttc work (I have a 4-400a plasma tweeter prototyped and am planning on building a audio modulated coil with a 3cx5000H3) and promise to post some cool waveforms using the probe
