So final im designed a perfeckt drive section for my HV gen :) (30h nonstop in my Lab :))
Im add a second drive and protection for power part of the power supply
the R16,R17,R18,R19 limit the signal front;
R14, R21,R21,R24 limit the current of signal and the current of Gate (IGBT or Fet);
Zenr diodes or (zener matrix KC213... its a sovjet part and i dont now analog) will protect
form lower level signals.

and im modificed the simple TL494 generator with some add`s

So im siting in my lab with a jar of whiskey and solder to gather my High voltage power supply ... the PCB is ready, drive`s (all works fine) and stabilizers now mounted but dam!!!! :) the LM 317T gets overheat (circuit total consumes 0.4A only, but its gets hot and my small size HS is not the right stuff ) :)))) tomorrow i must make a good Brass or Copper HS

Maybe some have a good idea for a temperature sensor 4me? :) i wanna a sensor to drive a cooling fan and a small led display of the temperature of the device (maybe two channels one for drives one for power section)

Sure, a thermistor, op amp, and transistor to turn the fan on. You can get a good thermistor from an old ATX PSU.
