If you want to use the relay, get a bulb and battery, and work out which pins operate the relay, which pins are connected when the relay is open, and which pins are connected when the relay is closed.
you then need to wire it up through the pins that are connected when the relay is open, to the pins that close the relay, so that the relay operates, but then turns itself off, then turns itself back on again.
Some relays have a diagram on them showing how they are wired, which will help you work it out.

The easiest way will be by using a file as previously described.
If you have a small electric motor and something like a cork, cut the cork so that it is square, stick it onto the shaft of the motor, but don't stick the shaft all the way through. cover the sides and front of the cork with aluminium kitchen foil and hold one wire onto the front of the cork in contact with the aluminium foil and hold the other wire so that as the cork turns the corners hit the wire, making and breaking contact as the motor turns. this will turn the transformer on and off very quickly.
