Unfortunately I have to clean out some more of my stash, since I have moved into a small apartment. This time I have 4 really big brick style IGBTs made by SemiKron. They are USED but they beep out good. They must go as a set, and the price is 55$ USD +shipping.I prefer paypal as a payment method.

Qty (4) IGBT Brick skm150GB 123 = 150amps @ 1200 volts they have M6 screw terminals. Here is the datasheet.

The parts will be individually packaged in antistatic bags, and then in bubble wrap. The parts are big,! So shipping may be an issue from 53704, please figure out shipping costs yourself to see of cost is an issue for you

If you neglected to check the datasheet, you should know these do have internal current limiting, but it limits at 6x the nominal current, which would put it at 900 amps i believe. You can dis-activate the current limiter, though. If 900 amps is all you run it at, you really don't even need OCD tongue. Though, still handy.

EDIT: The nominal current is 100 amps, not the max current, so that means it limits at 600 amps.

Looks like these have sold. Keep an eye out as I dig through boxes and come to grips with things I am not going to be able to use in my new living arrangement.
