Well, i am soon goint to build a ZVS/FBT circuit that will be power by a lead-acid battery(12V). I would like to know what are the dangers in operating a circuit like this(physical harm, electronics jamming etc) and what precautions should i take. I search on google and in the forum but i couldn't find anything conclusive. Also i have another question for you. Why some arcs appear blue/violet and others are yellow/white?

Make a solid construction, in a clean place. This avoids the risk of an unexpected shock making you drop everything over you. Check everything carefully before turning the system on. Keep computers and other electronic devices away. If some part is too hot to touch, something is wrong. The arc color depends on the dissipated power, and also on the terminal materials, if they melt and burn.
