DRSSTC with CM150DY-24NF, Freqency?

Several years ago i did build a few induction heaters, SSTC's and a DRSSTC, but after moving i haven't done much in the field of power electronics.
Now iam thinking of starting a new DRSSTC build, i recently bought a UD2.7C board from loneoceans and happen stumble upon few NOS CM150DY-24NF and CM100DY-24NF bricks for just 15USD each.
Datasheet
My idea was to build a reliable medium sized DRSSTC powered from either 1-phase 10A 230v or 3-phase 16A 400v outlet.
The question is what frequency they can manage?
I would think 70-80kHz would work without any problems, but have anyone used them at higher frequencies like 100-150kHz?

Yes they'll work fine.

I believed i had 200pcs of Panasonic ECW 2500v 0.043uF caps for the MMC in my "junkbox", but when i found them they turned out to be just 0.0043uF. angry
I will probably just get some CDE 942C caps instead.

I've used CM200's up to 100kHz, I think CM100s should be fine past 150kHz even
