Yay, this thread is now sticky! At some point i will add it to the hv wiki. Perhaps i should wait 'till the new site is done?

Sorry about that Mads, i just realized you posted something! I rely too heavily on the green dots, i need to break that habit! I added it under General electronics: misc. Seeing that the organization is still pretty cruddy, that was the best place i could think of.

Always accepting more links smile. There is a huge amount of information, picking out all the good bits would take a *very* long time. So if and when you trip upon something, post it here smile. This thread sure has been helpful to me.

Thanks for participating, everyone!

Heavily updated my ANSI PCB Trace Width Calculator (see top post or Link2

Now allows metric or imperial units, changes to units on the fly, use of cookies to store preferences and updates to reflect current status of the ANSI standard.

Comments welcome.

I found this Army Research Lab paper illuminating :

Analysis and Design of Resonant Charging System

It goes through the math of resonant charge transfer from one capacitor to another through a transformer over multiple cycles in a very thorough text book like manner (for ideal components). It's not aimed at Tesla coils, it's mostly concerned with two cycle transfer with k=0.6, but the formulas are given for higher number of cycles with lower k.

I've come across several:

All sorts of physics and electronics tutorials (I especially like the Schmitt trigger calculator and voltage divider calculator)
