I start make GDT design, add 6nF mosfet gate waveform smile
F is 300KHz

I find GDT with Leakage inductance max 0,3μH
It means good ? confused

It's good. You an tell by the waveform, if there's very little overshoot and ringing the GDT is perfect.

One way to find out. Try it, but I dont think the waveforms will be very clean.

Over current protection complete smile set to 10A or 2200W
555 changed to UCC37322, so i can use one more protection, maybe over temp :) put signal tu enable pin :) (for my driver, need to use -5 to turn off coil, not +5 )

Question regarding overcurrent protection, the primary wire is going to only pass through core's hole? Or are you going to wind?
