Hi, not sure if this a good idea but thought I'd put it on here just so there is proof of priority.
"Method of generating positive lift using high pressure helium in an electrostatic field"
seems that it might just work, but the catch is that I'd need access to MOCVD equipment to make it feasible. The materials can be obtained online but need to be hand sorted as evidently one sample is very different from another due to the impurities being region and reactor specific.
I can possibly make a prototype if a sample could be obtained which is about 4" diameter, but no luck so far finding one this large outside of NASA or some other aerospace industry. There is a workaround which is part of the patent application.
