Hi, if you have two different metals copper and steel, and you have the same airflow of air at the same temperature, will the one with the lowest specific heat be at a higher temperature? Cheers

You haven't given us enough information. Are the metal parts connected to heat sources or sinks, other than the air flowing around them? If not, then they will both eventually be at the same temperature as the air. That's the meaning of temperature.
Are you interested in non-equilibrium temperatures? Then it would help to know if the metal parts are initially hotter or colder than the air.

I'm trying to work out if maybe the hot side is one metal the cold side, say they are both connected to a heat sink, can range from different values, and the top side is got air flowing over them.,they both start at the same temperature. Cheers

Draw a diagram of what's connected to what, what's heating what, where things are being cooled. If it was an electrical problem we'd draw a schematic. Draw a thermal schematic.

I'm still working on it, but this is what I've got. Heat source =4.2kj Cold source =0-8.4kj Voltage =20 degrees tesistance unsure sample one =0.4kj specific heat Sample two =0.8kj specific heat

Specific heat will have no bearing on the steady-state result. Thermal conductivity will. If you are interested in transient results then both specific heat and thermal conductivity will come into play.
Seriously you need to formulate your questions better if you want them answered - its actually harder to work out what your question is than to work out the answer. Do you not have Windows Paint? Really?
Something you might enjoy, and I highly recommend you download and learn to use, is FEMM 4.3 (http://www.femm.info/wiki/HomePage). Its a 2.5D finite element simulator for magnetic, electrostatic and heat problems.

I downloaded femm, just trying to learn how to use it. Is it best to have copper heatsinks or would steel be to much worse, I would think that water has low thermal conductive properties that would be the bottle neck?
