Heater wiring and layout of the amplifier looks good, seems many best practices are used to ensure low noise.
The grounded screen on the input signal cables should maybe be grounded on the bar too and not at the chassis to avoid making antennas far away from the ground bar. The copper of the screen is also connected through the bolt/nut and not directly to the aluminium chassis. Other than that, good star grounding :)
The design could properly need some upgrading to modern times, f.ex. get rid of all electrolytic capacitors that are not in the power supply.
These punches are all very tiny small things, because you already did a great job! Good looking little amp and the glow pictures are always the best :)

Steve, did you notice any difference between +40 V and the cathode bias?
Mads, very good tip on the Screen cable! Very easy fix too, will do soon =) What capacitor would you use to replace the electrolytics on the tubes? They are paralleled with Bias resistors.
