 		Apparently it's not bad for $35.

The thing is so popular that my dad asked me if I'd heard of it. He works at a biotech company and has nothing to do with computers.

Also, when I visited the Farnell website today, I got an overlay that said "Click here to register your interest in the Raspberry Pi."

 		I don't think it'll hurt arduino sales. Arduino are much lower level and used for introduction to embedded systems. People who are new at programming won't be able to learn as much on the Rasberry Pi.

Then again, the Rasberry Pi fills a niche that was pretty much empty before! The missing link between arduino and 8 bit micros and full blown computers (at least as far as hobbiest are concerned).
