Today i noticed that i could not run ExpressPCB, by giving me an error warning. I tried to resolve the problem and i found that the path to the "My Documents\ExpressPCB" had question marks that were replacing the "My Documents" (in Greek characters) folder name (like \?? ????? ??\ExpressPCB)
What this error means? I searched the internet but i did not find anything that explains it.

Finally i found the problem: Windows Update had changed the "Language and Regional Settings" to something other than the usual and this %*&#$ up the Non - english paths. It is solved now.
