zener diodes in zvs driver, what voltage?

hey,

im gonna make the zvs circuit, im going to use uzzors seperate supply circuit, the oscillator will be at 12v, and the power section will be 12, 24, or 36v, i am gonna use irfp250n mosfets, what voltage, and power should the zeners be?

Theoretically you don't need any zeners, for safety I would use 15V 1-2W zeners.

I thought that zener diodes are what switch the gates? On my ZVS I use 1n4744a (15v about 1W) zeners and have input 56 volts into the ZVS driver with standard 470 ohm resistors.

Nope, what switches the gates are the fast feedback diodes.
