Are there good capacitors for a dual stage coil gun?

They each hold 1025J

Not sure on your exact application, but I imagine they would be more than adequate.

IMHO, that's a great price at $25 each plus shipping for those caps.

The caps would be used as the energy storage part of the coil gun. there would be one cap for each stage.
