looks like something in schematic is dead( maybe tl494)
try to replace it with new tl494

what frequency are you running it at? It could be that when you changed the tl494 chip the frequency got messed up. It should be running at around 1...

OK thanks. Ill try replacing the part and tell you how it goes. are there anyother parts that have the possibilty it was damaged so i could replace it...

Pin 10 should also be shorted to pin 9 in order to parallel the internal drive transistors.

If you can, make the traces slightly larger in the hv section.
