Tesla Coil newbie

I am making a tesla coil using the directions given from http://4hv.org/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?36853.post
thread. Up to now. I ve made the CW voltage multiplier and i ve connected it with the camera circuit. But i cant get a spark as the poster who started the thread suggests.
Since its an old thread a decided to post my problem here.
So can anybody help me doing the procedure step by step?
