How much output current does the secondary of a Tesla Coil have?

What are the usual current output values (ballpark range) of Tesla Coils like these Link2 Link2

The second coil has 55,000 W input and the output is rated at 2.2 MV. I know TCs use resonance and capacitor banks, so would the power out on top (not voltage) be the same as power from the mains? I know the current builds up at the Toroid and then discharges to ground, so what I mean is if the discharge to Earth hits a metal pole, how much current would go through the pole (10-100 ma or more?)?

The peak current is many of amps, there was a thread to investigate this at Link2
Toward the end there are some very good analytical measurements, showing over an amp during the strikes with 'just' a few feet of spark.
