1 GHz Oscilloscope Tektronix 11402 checking the rise time

I have determined the rise time of a 11A72 in a DSO Tek 11402,
Tek reference is 350 ps.

Positive pulse on channel 1, negative pulse on channel 2, both with repetition frequency 200 MHz, about 60ps rise time and 600 ps pulse width of an Agilent 8133A:


X: 1ns/division


X: 500ps/division

As can be seen in the second picture, the rise time is about 300 ps at a pulse width of 600 ps.
