48 cap mmc question
Bud, Sat Feb 25 2017, 09:28PMHi all, I have a 48 cap mmc I am building for a large DRSSTC. 3.1uf @ 600v rms .......4 string of 12 each. Question is do I or should I put a burden resistor on across each one of them before I finish assemble? If so what size and how large? /any help would be appreciated.

I have a smaller MMC of the same caps, I just let the resistor on the bridge output do the work. However it would probably be safer to put a resistor across each one.
