Concerned citizen: Dear Bureau, could you release the files you took from Tesla when he died?
FBI: Sorry, we had nothing to do with the files of Tesla, take it up with the Office of Alien Property, they took the files.
Concerned citizen: Dear Office of Alien Property, could you release the files you took from Tesla when he died?
Office of Alien Property: Sorry, we had nothing to do with the files of Tesla, take it up with the FBI, they took the files.
