Thumper ain't dead

All,

Some of you remember back to the days, when Thumper was the feature of a project thread in this forum, and although it performed admirably, it never really took off big time.
I am glad i never sold it, though, because now it has been resurrected, with a brand new UD2.7B driver board, and a fresh set of Semikron switches. (Sulaiman: the caps aren't fitted yet, but they will, when I have some time to make new busses)
Hardly any videos have been posted up til now, so here is a short one, where it plays the sax solo from Baker Street, together with the smaller mystery coil I built recently, although the latter is flashing a standard topload instead of the fancy spirally one.

It is great to see that it is still in use, long live Thumper!
