Can anyone help me find this specific Tesla coil?

). The device in the attached GIF, however, is a miniature Tesla coil. I've made ones similar before that run on 9 volt batteries, but this one looks much more sleek. From the specialized plastic parts, it appears that this is a product available somewhere for purchase. I did a ton of looking around for handheld Tesla coils, but I found nothing. Does anyone here own one of these/know where to get one?Thank you!

It appears to behave like a stun gun (the old kind) with the output coil (Hi-L) arranged NOT to arc over.

I dont see any special parts. My smallest coil was made of 2ml syringe.
