Singularity for mice imminent?

4096 chips = one mouse brain.
Thats way out there, the earliest estimate for this was 2019..

EDIT: apparently this was a one off, the machines have now been returned to their respective academic
institutions.
Still if this is indeed accurate and military systems are 10-20 years more advanced, someone should page James Cameron.
