Overcoupling is the likely culprit here. Try raising your secondary a few inches. I would start by running with the bottom turn of the secondary at the same level as the top turn of the primary and work your way down from there.

Also, if the strike rail is TOO high, you can get these same effects.

In either case, you don't want to mess around with secondary break-outs like this. This is the quickest way to "kill" a secondary coil.

Remember, if your system is self-tuning and your secondary wire gets compromised (damaged), it may self-tune to that spot and you'll get full break-out there leading to a flaming secondary failure as well as potential bridge failure as you'll be switching at a higher frequency.

I tried raise my secondary a inch.
herewith,I didn't have seen "case4".
And not only that,secondary stream from troid didn't struck strikerail.umm...amazing..
