 		The Mullard "OC" series of germanium transistors was once very influential, and deserve curation in any museum of British made semiconductors.

 		The entire 7400 and 4000 series are pretty much "classics" now.

And you can add the 8051 and its billions of clones to the "just die already" list.

LM317 and L200! Always have half a dozen of each as you never know when you'll need them. smile

 		I would add a few more tubes - especially popular for HAM projects in the former Soviet block:

GU-81 - HAM PA - extremly robust and durable ( pic)
6p45s (output tube from a TV)
6p14p - extremelly popular for audio projects (El84 equivelent).
gu-50 - HAM PA and audio project.
