 		i will use this igbts in my new drsstc, the secondary is 80cm of wire 26 awg (i think that is very big and wont work.. what you think?)

i am think in put a 1:2:2 gdt to drive the igbts, but i don't now if 30v in the gate will blow? it will reduce the life? can i put 33v zener? or 20v?

what is the maximum frequency that can i run this igbts?

 		Your coils look really big smile
I've been using 12v on the gate ic which gives 24v on the igbts, and they looks fine.it seems that the 40n60 minibrick can push to around 500kHz, I think these igbt can do the same aswell.

 		thank you, but i am thinking that i will remake the secondary with 30awg and a height of 50cm

can i put 500A of peak in this igbt?

 		Yes you can push 500A though those IGBTs but be warned that's about the upper limit for those IGBTs also If you are going to push 500A I suggest keeping the Fo below 100KHz

 		Yes, I think of 90kHz and OCD for 500 or 600A with a duty no higher than 8% with maximum TON of 160us. will be security?

and more than 20v in gate will reduce the life of the igbts? a lot?

 		Run the IGBTs at no more than 30V I run all my IGBT's at 24V drive and have had no problems with it.

You shouldn't need to run any more than 100uS.

Also don't run those IGBT's at 600A that will kill them no higher than 500A.

 		Umm.. no he doesn't you are thinking of 40N60s not 60N60s I know for a fact that if put more than 550A though those you will kill them.
