I hope that I'm not the only one here that enjoys/makes art. I'll start things off with a performance art piece I finally edited the video for. Please note, this video was thrown together and I only had Windows Movie Maker to work with.

really, no takers? - I figured at least some electrical art (I would post my plasma arc wood burnings if I still had them, I made them over five or six years ago lol).

I've been into photography for years. I've got a gallery online, but most of it is pretty random.

This is a self-portrait.

I helped a friend with the technical aspects of an artistic Installation a few years back Link2

As an 'Inventor' I developed an unusual laser sound to light device some years ago during the time HeNe lasers started to appear second hand but laser diodes where still cutting edge. I was hoping to make some cash out of that one. I must get around to building the Mk.II productionised/more portable version some time rolleyes

I'm also into photography.

Nothing to do with me, but I wish I could afford some of these brilliant 3D printed metal mathematical sculptures

Alan
Alan, thanks for directing my attention to these little gems. I spent quite some time reading about the printing/wicking/casting technique. Boy does that method open up possibilities.

72$ does seem like a very reasonable price for those small sculptures.

Below is an attempt at 3D art. Made in 3DStudio, and edited in Picture Publisher, It is a fantasy of a 845 power triode that has been run Low and Hot.
It is from my audio days.

Glad you liked those Finn. Yes, the technology used to make them is also brilliant. I seem to remember it involves sintering bronze powder and than using capillary action to draw a lower melting point metal into it to make a genuinely solid metal object of virtually any shape and complexity, within it's resolution. Absolutely marvellous. I think it makes shapes that could never be made by conventional moulding processes. It's the nearest I've seen to a Star Trek replicator!

This is a self-portrait.

I always suspected, but now we have proof: Steve is a sentient light fixture. Or mirror.

Still waiting for proof that Richie is a sentient RF Amplifier.

Oh, and if Bjorn ISNT actually Skynet, I'll eat my ARM-Stamp.

How about some x-ray art?

Hive

A piece entitled "The hive". It is an x-ray photo of a wasp nest complete with wasps smile
