Sorry for triple post, but I don't know how to upload the pictures in another way.
The last gate signals were bad as the picture above show, because I soldered a Z-diode in the wrong direction before the gate. Corrected the problem and now it looks much better. Made some photos of them, too, but they are not so good, because the scope is several years old and has problems with right triggering.
So here is a photo of the gate-1-signal:

gate signal at gate 2:
10V/DIV, 4µs/DIV
The part between the driver and the both gates is exactly the same way built, so I don't know why the signals are different. Does anyone know, what the reason for this could be? GDTs (I have one GDT for each gate): 3cm diameter, 10 windings; 10 Ohm gate resistor.
