Steve,
I am sure anywhere you go, you will blow their hats off!

You may be blowing something else if you really want to make it in the business . . .

Hi,

Perhaps Steve the "Rock Star" should consider mixing in Tesla coil music stuff with his stardom:

You know the music, and you know the technology amazed

With a whole lot of work, you could bring it all together smile

I could not get the MP3s from your site to download, might be a problem with the national security stuff here though...

I think steve is 28YO, only two years left till we don't trust him anymore :o)))

Cheers,
Terry

What about Tesla's dream? Wireless power to anywhere in the world? Boy, if he could only see our DRSSTC's! Imagine being stuck with bottle caps and spark gaps, poor guy even had to come up with his own PSU(no NSTs). tongue

As for plans for the future: I plan to quit Tesla coiling and reinvent myself as a rock star

Go for it Steve! If its one thing I have learned it is you have to chase your dreams. You and I are kind of in the same boat, I am tinkering with laying off my last year of school to give golf another shot. Ive been playing so well I think its time to get paid. I plan on taking it one week at a time. I singed up for the US open qualifier so we shall see. You guys might see me back on tour again!

Get Tiger's autograph for me will ya? wink That'd be pretty awesome, mild-mannered golfer by day, evil scientist by night! Or vice-versa.

And Steve, no hard feelings, really. (maybe mortification and general sadness wink ) Just so long as you send me something autographed so I can sell it when you're famous! cheesey

Hi guys

Sorry for hijacking the original thread :-o I still have a bunch of commitments to fulfil in Tesla coiling, and I'm not planning to get out straight away. Odin The All-Fragger is still getting built, because I promised to sell a bunch of IGBT brick driver boards to people, I already ordered the boards, and I need to make sure they work. :P

Terry: Finn Hammer and I already built a chorus of musical DRSSTCs that can be played over MIDI, and tried to sell them to Jean-Michel Jarre. suprised

Crainial Stimulation?

Acually, DRSSTCs seem like a pretty precise way to create hundreds of thousands of volts. I wonder how accurate this could be pulse-pulse. But, I kind of wonder what good is a million volts to actually do something with.
