Lol, the first package you sent me arrived today >.<

I've got too many and my parents are saying they are too dangerous and that I'll kill myself (crazy people) now so I think I might have to give some away If that's okay Timo?. I currently have:
SCRs:
CS300-08io34, Brown-Boveri, 4 pieces (keeping one for myself)
CS195-1000gx24, Brown-Boveri, 3 pieces (keeping one for myself)

Diodes:
DS250-14MA, Brown-Boveri, 2 pieces
GE A197RP 1 Piece (keeping one for myself)

Tom,

Timo kindly sent some of these to me in the UK already - I've not used them in my cap bank so far - its a 2200J/4milliohm/1000V bank that was trialled for the first time at the Cambridge Teslathon last weekend.

The smaller thyristors I was using (SKKH106E/172s) didn;t explode, so I haven't tried Timo's yet, but they look promising, if a bit slow.

Cheers

To paraphrase the NRA: "SCRs don't kill people, people do." smile
