Having grown up around people who thought tossing M-80s into a kiddie pool was good family fun, i fail to see the problem. It's not like they let me toss them or anything, and nothing got tossed unless you were willing to sit down and watch like a well behaved human. I'm assuming similar standards were used in this case. "You kids wanna see some 'fireworks'? Well, sit down and we'll get started." I bet he's so irresponsible, he lets them around a camp fire without a leash on!
Now for the real outrage: he wasted a perfectly good MOT!!! (if it was totally unusable, then I retract my outrage.)
I can't believe how long it was able to keep smoking before totally failing. That's some good safety margins. I mean, good god, if you can't think to unplug your microwave after 10-20secs of that much smoke then you're probably not in the room.
Kinda makes me wish i had a remote for my circuit breakers....
Good noticing the child, yes there was one, but no where near this. very far away actually.. just a notably loud child and as for the MOT, it was infact brand new from a microwave, but ive got tons of them, and with how heavy they are, and for what they are worth its not worth the postage if i sell them. So one of them dying wasnt a big loss...
