We have less than 20 staff all together. I believe there are 5 Administrators and 13 or so moderators.
As for server load, this forum as it exists now uses a tiny fraction of this server's actual capacity both for bandwidth and processing. Forums like this aren't that taxing on servers if you think about it. There are plenty of photos, but they aren't doing streaming video or any of that sort of thing. The member websites that coexist with this forum are by far the biggest demand the server deals with.

also, why is 4HV called 4HV, I think that HV stands for high voltage but whats the "4" for? did the admin get shocked 4 time's before starting this site? by high voltage?
