I still dont know how to pronounce Brillouin as is Brillouin scattering, I have never heard it pronounced the same way twice. is anyone on here French. I have been saying

I've always heard it said "Shot key".

And Brillouin I always say "bree wan", where wan is as in wander, which is pretty close to yours dugg.
