Richie Burnett and I used to have a party trick at Teslathons, we would light filament lamps with RF current passed through our bodies.
We used the lowest wattage and highest voltage bulbs (30W, 240V) to minimize the current involved. As long as you keep the current density low enough that it doesn't burn the skin at the contact point (use a big piece of metal and grip it tightly) then you don't feel a thing.
Disclaimer: At your own risk, there may be possible long-term risks of cooking to nerves, joints, etc. which you can read about in the Pupman archives. Medical diathermy machines pass considerable RF currents through the body, but they're administered by professionals. If you only do it for 5 seconds once a year at the office Christmas party, you may get away with it.

...but as Steve said, the current is quite high (easily over 100mA) and probably isn't healthy, so don't do it! Medical diathermy uses much higher frequencies in the tens of MHz and a surgeon that I know says they still have to be careful about current density when doing work around ears, eyes etc, or where thin nerve bundles go through boney joints like the wrist in order to avoid heating nerves!
I think there is now a type of bi-polar diathermy that uses two bi-polar electrodes to cut and cauterise whilst keeping the RF current localised, instead of traditional uni-polar which uses a big electrode slapped on the patients back to collect the return current!

Yes, cooking the nerves in your wrist is the main worry. The current density is highest there, and it's mostly bone and tendons, which don't conduct very well, so the current is channeled into the nerves and blood vessels. Probably not worth the risk! from this page
I feel bad after accusing LutzH of grandstanding in a recent thread :^)
BTW Richie, on the subject of your signature, I made that jumper and nothing has happened yet! But a countdown timer appeared on the screen, should I be worried?

Hmmm, I guess the best things come to those who wait?!?
